Sky News host Erin Molan says her thoughts are with all Australians who have served their country and has urged them not to hang their heads in shame following Australia’s most decorated soldier losing a defamation case alleging war crimes.
“Those who put on a uniform and were sent into a war zone to fight for us – the alleged actions of others do not taint your service,” Ms Molan said.
“Don’t you dare hang your heads in shame – the vast majority of this country acknowledges you, values you and is immensely grateful for the sacrifice you were willing to make.”
