Queensland has secured another big boost to its TV and film production industry with the Sunshine State set to host the AACTA Awards for the next three years.
AACTA President Russell Crowe, Vice President Nicole Kidman and Ambassador Cate Blanchett are expected to attend the event.
An exact venue is yet to be chosen but the event will be held on the Gold Coast.
